Navvaratri has 28 years of yoga teaching experience through the Bihar School of Yoga & Satyananda Yoga Teacher Certifications (post grad university level accreditation, above 500 hour of Yoga Alliance recognition). Navvaratri also holds a Bachelors in Sociology & Psychology and post graduate degree in Art. Navvaratri has been contracted to teach Yoga at the City of Austin for 7 years & AISD. She has Held yoga classes at Brackenridge & Seton. She teach yoga to kids, teens, adults, pre-natal, therapeutic, corporate, seniors & special needs.
