Sanctuary Yoga invites you to join us for Greenbelt Yoga. Available to book as a private group yoga session, these weekend excursions combine the positive energy we share at Sanctuary with the natural backdrop of the Barton Creek Greenbelt. The 90-minute hike will include yoga stops offering standing postures, partner stretches, and meditation along the riverbed. All levels of yoga practitioners and hikers are welcome to explore the many paths of the Greenbelt while connecting the mind, body, and breath beneath the trees!
No mat required! Just wear comfortable clothes, sunscreen and good walking or hiking shoes. As much as we love pets, please leave your furry friends at home! More questions? Read the FAQs below.
