Sanctuary Yoga invites you to join us for Greenbelt Yoga. These weekend excursions combine the positive energy we share at Sanctuary with the natural backdrop of the Barton Creek Greenbelt. The 90-minute hike will include yoga stops offering standing postures, partner stretches, and meditation along the riverbed. All levels of yoga practitioners and hikers are welcome to explore the many paths of the Greenbelt while connecting the mind, body, and breath beneath the trees!
